U.S. News & World Report Lists Yale-New Haven Hospital among America's Best Hospitals

U.S. News & World Report has listed Yale-New Haven Hospital among the nation's top hospitals, according to the annual ranking of America's Best Hospitals.

Yale-New Haven Hospital was listed in 12 of the 17 specialties, including cancer, gastroenterology, geriatrics, gynecology, hormonal disorders, kidney disease, orthopedics, otolaryngology, psychiatry, respiratory diseases, rheumatology and urology.

"We're very pleased to have Yale-New Haven Hospital included on the U.S. News & World Report listing. It reflects national recognition of the expertise provided at this institution," said Dr. Peter Herbert, chief of staff at Yale-New Haven Hospital. "Yale-New Haven Hospital continues to demonstrate that it is at the forefront of new and state-of-the-art research, medical breakthroughs and technological innovation.
