Drug Information
A state-of-the-art center provides drug information to the health professional community. Equipped with electronic and print resources, pharmacists staffing the Drug Information Center conduct advanced literature retrieval and analysis to support patient care, education, research and community outreach programs. The center answers 300 - 400 questions per month, mostly from health professionals at Yale-New Haven Hospital. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Through an arrangement with LaurusHealth, we're pleased to offer an alphabetical guide to medications. This reference provides summaries of more than 2,400 commonly prescribed medications, including brand and generic names, other drugs that would affect this drug, instructions on usage, side effects, dosage, updates on FDA approvals and other important information.
This consumer-oriented Web site is sponsored by the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists and provides information on more than 700 medications. Access drug information, as well as information about patient safety and herbals. The site also provides health and medication news and tips.
This Web site hosted by the National Network for Immunization Information is designed to provide up-to-date, scientifically valid information to parents and professionals. It contains a vaccine information database.
